Thanks to our strategic location with excellent transportation accessibility, coupled with our commitment to quality management and dedicated customer service, NAM has successfully expanded to operate 3 warehouse projects spanning over 90,000 square meters. Building on our core expertise, NAM has diversified our services to better meet evolving customer needs, including warehouse project management services, warehouse sourcing and procurement to NAM’s quality standards, and comprehensive value-added services such as forklift operations and loading/unloading support for our clients.

NAM owns all land and warehouse facilities across our projects, ensuring our unwavering commitment to customer-focused development. This includes maintaining optimal project environments, comprehensive amenities, reliable utility systems, and 24-hour security personnel. Additionally, each project is staffed with
dedicated on-site teams including administrative support staff, project maintenance personnel, forklift operators and laborers, as well as common area cleaning staff.
